Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-I'd had a leak coming through my loft and into the master bedroom. Luke came and surveyed my loft and the roof before offering me a very competitive quote. He adjusted it to beat an even cheaper quote I'd been given and was round the next day to carry out the works. Got the job done in one day, rather than two and was very professional and kind in removing an old aerial. Whilst he was there, my neighbour saw Luke's guys at work and arranged for them to do work at their house, which they are sorting already. My only constructive feedback is that it would have been nice and more courteous to have been given more time and flexibility to make payment. Luke asked for the money immediately after the job was done and it was quite a large sum which has left me having to cut back for the month. Otherwise, great service and highly recommended.
Taylor came round to see the work that needed undertaking. As with most jobs it ended up being more than first expected but he was brilliant and went over and above what I expected. He took photos as he went and kept in touch with me whenever needed whilst I was at work. He's friendly, chatty and made us feel at ease throughout. The finished work was completed to a very high standard and I'd highly recommend him. The job was replacing sewer pipes under our downstairs bathroom. Brilliant bloke to have got in contact with 👍
