Seamless Carpet Patch Repair

I have a patch of carpet that has been burnt with an iron. I have a saxony carpet 18mm that is a zero-traffic area but want it replacing. I have the leftover carpet from the original installation. How realistic would it be to get a seamless result so that it blends in completely?

Hi, yes, if you still have a leftover piece from the original carpet installation, there's a good chance of achieving an excellent repair. The final result depends on factors such as the age of the carpet, fading, and the size and location of the damaged area, but in a low-traffic area it can often be made very difficult to notice.
